Rebuilding Together OKC hosts Annual National Rebuilding Day on April 13, 2013 in Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City – On Saturday April 13 more than one thousand volunteers from the Oklahoma City metro area will provide free home remodels and safety modifications for their elderly neighbors through Rebuilding Together OKC’s National Rebuilding Day program.  This year, thirty-three volunteer teams from OKC businesses, schools, churches and civic organizations will spend their Saturday rebuilding lives and neighborhoods, making homes safe, warm and dry.

Every spring since 1992, our “Rebuilding Day” event has taken place and volunteer teams have repaired over 2,000 homes of low-income seniors in the OKC community.
